An integrated approach to the production of beef cattle which takes care of all stakeholders in the supply chain…..the cattle, the farmers and the consumer. We operate to high welfare standards, with strict protocols, on well-invested farms to produce a consistent, tasty product for our customers.

We recognise that as responsible farmers we need to strive to reduce our environmental impact, as well as use precious resources, such as antibiotics, sparingly.

We also recognise that as a premium product, the consistency of beef in the UK needs to improve. Our aim is to produce animals which will always deliver a consistent, uniform product which is tender and with exceptional flavour. Our system allows us to tailor the breed, age and feed of the animal in order to deliver bespoke products which our customers require.

We are lucky to be working with some of the UK’s most prestigious retailers and processors. Their support and guidance ensures we have a guaranteed outlet for our cattle, and that we can make long term investments in supply chain improvements.

About us:

With combined backgrounds working in retailers, the abattoir and food sectors, farming and genetics companies, we have long believed that there must be a more efficient way of producing beef cattle. Through better understanding what consumers value, we believe that you can remove all the non-value adding parts of the supply chain, and massively improve the consistency of the cattle produced. With a much narrower weight, age and conformation specification, we can produce a product which guarantees the quality of steak consumers require and receive.
